The Early Learning Program Support (ELPS) team works collaboratively with licensed early learning programs, early childhood educators and supported child care educators to provide ideas and coaching on inclusive practices.
Our Early Learning Inclusion Coaches help educators build on their existing skills and knowledge to increase the inclusivity of environments where every child feels valued and has a strong sense of belonging. We support educators with strengths-based coaching, practical strategies, and individualized guidance to meet the diverse needs of all children in group settings. Coaches also work with supported child care educators in implementing individual program plans.
We work alongside early childhood educators, and take their lead in how they want us to help. We also offer professional development tailored to the needs of centres/employees.
