The Child Development Centre is a non-government organization established in 1979.
We have over 50 dedicated staff in Whitehorse and the communities who provide therapy and developmental supports to over 1100 individual children a year. A board of directors is responsible for policy and governance of the Centre.

We work with families and community members to provide therapies and developmental supports for all Yukon children from birth to kindergarten.

Locations
Our main office is at 206 Hanson Street in Whitehorse. We also have offices located in Dawson City, Watson Lake and in the Dusk’a Head Start Learning Centre in the Kwanlin Dün First Nation community of McIntyre.
We travel to all Yukon communities (including Atlin, BC) throughout the year to provide therapeutic services.
Donate
As a non-profit organization, we will provide a charitable tax receipt for all donations. We accept donations from individuals and businesses. Donations help us fund programs and services that support Yukon children and families.

The Child Development Centre is a non-profit organization. A board of directors is responsible for policy and governance of the Centre. Meetings are held monthly, and our AGM is held in June of each year.
