Referral Form
If you choose to use our online referral form, the information submitted via the form is transmitted by email to the Child Development Centre. While measures have been taken to ensure this information is received securely, any information transmitted via email is not secure or encrypted. The information contained in this referral form is also retained in a protected database on a server located in Canada for a maximum of 4 months, after which time it is deleted. If you would prefer an alternate method to submit the referral form, please call us at 867-456-8182 or email info@cdcyukon.ca and we can complete the referral over the phone, or send you a paper copy.
Log Data
Like many website operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site (“Log Data”).
This Log Data may include information such as your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address (processed in a privacy-preserving manner), browser type and version, pages of our Site that you visit, the date and time of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other anonymous usage statistics.
We use Microanalytics.io, a privacy-focused analytics service, to help us understand how visitors use our Site. Microanalytics.io does not use cookies, does not create user profiles, and does not collect personally identifiable information. This Site does not acquire or request your email address or any other contact information. No newsletters, marketing communications, or other materials will be sent to you as a result of visiting this Site.
You will only hear from Child Development Centre if you complete our referral form, or if you choose to contact us directly by phone, email or through other direct means.

The Child Development Centre does not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes. Our analytics provider, Microanalytics.io, operates without the use of cookies.
