Human Resource Administrator Employment Opportunity

  • September 2022 - June 20, 2023 with possibility of extension
  • 37.5 hours per week

Excellent opportunity to join the professional team at the Child Development Centre. Responsibilities include assisting the management team in recruitment, onboarding, administrative duties and implementing and maintaining a new human resource records system. Candidate must have excellent organization and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Human Resources or related field and/or equivalency obtained through coursework, and/or substantial experience in HR process and recruitment;
  • Experience and knowledge of providing HR support services;
  • Experience utilizing a computerized HR system;
  • Experience providing a range of administrative services and supporting financial accounting practices;
  • Experience working in a cross-cultural setting;
  • Ability to communicate and present ideas effectively;
  • Ability to establish priorities and carry out duties in a timely manner: and
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Salary range

  • $32.06 - $39.01 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.
  • RRSP share plan and self-directed benefits.         
  • This position is covered by the Public Service Alliance of Canada Collective Agreement.
